2021 LIVE Spring Zoom Yoga Classes begin

Multi-level Kripalu Yoga classes are available on-line:
Each class includes: Centering, warm up, posture flows (asana) with breathing practices (pranayama), meditation and relaxation. New themes each week including focusing on different body parts and health issues. There will also be a “Chair Yoga” class.
Tuesday morning 9:15-10:30 am
Friday morning 9:00-10:15 am
Tuesday and Thursday nights 7-8:15pm
Restorative Yoga Class:
Consisting of some slow moving posture flows and mostly Restorative yoga poses (static supported postures using various props -blocks, bolsters or pillows and blankets, to assist one in letting go of more and more layers of tension. Each class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra practice (deep relaxation).
Monday evening: 7-8:15pm
