Cheryl Crosby is the owner of Breathworks has provided Yoga and Meditation wellness classes for corporate, community (including the Hope House Community Hospice) and private individuals in the GTA for 30 years.
Cheryl currently offers on-line group, multi-level Kripalu (year round) and a Hybrid Restorative Yoga (Fall/Winter/Spring) & Meditation classes (winter).
