Yoga has the capacity to enliven and instil a deep sense of calmness in us.
As a Yoga Teacher, I look at each person as an individual and their body as a "map" of their life. I look to my client's to inform me as to what they would like to focus on and we go from there. We also try to balance the physical journey with the inner journey. I feel that it is important that the process be "organic", relaxed and fun!
What to Expect:
The first session includes an individual assessment (75 minutes) to determine what your goals/needs are and where you are "starting from". Out of that I put together a personalized 20-60 minute "home practice" routine for you to follow.
In subsequent visits I will assess how you have done with the routine and provide you with modified options or new challenging options to meet your needs.
Cost: Initial visit $142 (HST in) (75 minutes)
Future visit $113 (HST in) (60 minutes)
