Cheryl has been teaching Meditation practices for over 30 years.  Her background includes:  a degree in Metaphysics (presently working on a Masters).  
Advaita (non-dual) Yogic teachings:    Mooji, Adyashanti, Sharon Landrith; as well as Eckhart Tolle; Tara Brach (Buddhist teachings) and Anthony De Mello (Christian teachings).  
Professional training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (Jon Kabat-Zinn, 2000).
Buddhist Meditation Teacher training: Richmond Hill & Thailand, 2002.
