Feedback on some of the Food Workshops:
"I've come to several of Cheryl's nutrition and cooking classes. I must say they are not just joy for your stomach, they are joy for your soul! You will learn how to cook healthy easy and tasty meals, you will have fun and you will have a sense of accomplishment, because you did something good for your health and body! All Cheryl's recipes are delicious - seriously, I liked them all. And, most importantly, I've tried a lot of them at home. Cheryl also educates about nutrition fact of various meals during her workshops and gives tips how to make cooking easy for busy people. In 3 hours workshop she cooks in front of you 7-8 dishes and 90% of them are done from scratch - its like a magic! I always look forward for Cheryl's cooking classes. I wish she could do them more often! " Julia
"As usual a great afternoon. Love the new recipes, (made the tomato, carrot coconut soup for lunch today) and the nutritional tips. Always learn something new and love the reminders which are easy to incorporate into my daily life.
Looking forward to your next session." Vicki
"Just want to let you know how much I enjoyed your nutritious comfort foods class last weekend. I've already made the Raw-Nola and Chana recipes. My husband even enjoyed them! They'll definitely become part of our regular menu and I'm planning to make them all." Bette K.
"Thank you for this experience, I will definitely change my eating habits"
"Great knowledge imparted - great tasting!"
"Easy healthy choices; delicious and simple; no hard to find ingredients"
"I've learned many new recipes I can use to start eating more healthy"
"Cheryl I just wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed the recipes you shared at your May 2014 Spring Lite food preparation class. I have made most of the recipes and found them very easy and quick. More importantly my family thought they were delicious. Their favourites are the fresh raw tomato soup and vanilla bliss balls. I have used the dressings ( Creamy Herb Sunflower, and Balsamic) and the beet Hummus at family get togethers and the feedback was great. Thanks for sharing these. Lookfng forward to you next class". Pauline
"Hi Cheryl, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your cooking class on nutritious winter meals and treats – January 2015. All of the meals and desserts were absolutely scrumptious; it was difficult to select a favourite one. What I found interesting, were the health benefits and how easy they were to make. Thanks for sharing them. I look forward to your next class". Rita
